My therapeutic approach consists of individually tailored strategies that include trauma-informed care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, somatic processing, humanistic, psychodynamic, and narrative therapies. I will meet you where you are on your journey, supporting you to build on your strengths and overcome the challenges you encounter along the way.
