About Rebecca

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have more than nine years experience providing services to individuals age 4 to 60+, with my primary practice focus working with children and adolescents, young adults, and parents/caregivers. I am a Certified Parent Peer Support Specialist in addition to my clinical licensure. I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Autism, ADHD, etc. I have also worked with individuals with mild to moderate cognitive disabilities in addition to their mental health diagnoses. My therapeutic approach is to be radically genuine and open, as well as person centered and trauma informed. I provide evidence based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing. I will work with you to identify your goals and develop my approach to your treatment to help you achieve those goals. It takes a lot of strength to recognize that you need support and to reach out for help. I look forward to working with you! Read more Show less
