I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida with several years of experience. I have provided counseling in both community and crisis stabilization settings. I also have worked for an employee assistance program. I utilize several types of treatment modalities such Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Interventions, Wellness Recovery Action Plan, and Motivational Interviewing Interventions. My style is very easy going. Reaching out for counseling can be scary, different, and uncomfortable for a lot of individuals. My goal is to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I also want my clients to feel they are being heard and that their needs are being met.
