About me

I am a licensed professional counselor with 14 years experience. I have worked in a variety of settings, these include a hospital setting, the school system, and community mental health. I have worked with clients of all ages with a variety of experiences to include abuse/trauma, mood disorders, relationship issues, family concerns, and self esteem. My therapeutic approach is to provide solution focused and client centered techniques to empower clients to address day to day stressors and predicaments. I have especially enjoyed working with adolescents who face a variety of personal life challenges. I believe in treating each client with respect and compassion. I have been told I am easy to talk to and help people feel comfortable in opening up about their personal problems and concerns. I will tailor each treatment plan to help individuals achieve the goals they have set for themselves. I look forward to working with you!
