About me

Hello, My name is Rachel Kilgore and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. I have been in practice for 10yrs and at the core of my heart is Counseling and helping people. I believe in meeting people where they are and providing them with life long skills that will aid in their recovery or every day life. I have worked in many different settings from jails to inpatient detox, and outpatient settings. My style of counseling is person centered and I use a lot of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other interventions to help someone achieve their desired goal. In my spare time, I like to work out, be outdoors, and spend time with my family. Taking the 1st step to seek Therapy is courageous and I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to read this and considering me as your Therapist.
