I am a North Carolina based LCMHCS with 11 years' experience working in clinical practice. I have worked with clients who are experience a wide range of concerns and symptoms including anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, PTSD, and change of life challenges. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
