About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Colorado , Wyoming, Nevada and Arizona. I can also provide EMDR and/or brain spotting therapy. I have worked in the helping field for over 10 years, and as a counselor for the last 5 years. I have worked inpatient, outpatient and with a wide array of clients at every age, and stage of life. I have worked with clients with a myriad of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, PTSD, Eating Disorders, codependency and substance misuse. I also worked with many people who have experienced physical trauma and abuse. I have experience using DBT, CBT, EMDR, brainspotting, PIT, aromatherapy, and solution focused modalities. My counseling style is engaging and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychoeducation, and EMDR (when appropriate) or brainspotting. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to help support and empower you. I look forward to working with you!
