Her experience includes working with young adults with mental illness, or co-occurring disorders. Her expertise includes relationship issues, personal development, depression and anxiety issues, trauma, autism, attention issues and executive functioning, Rachel is a passionate therapist who believes that therapy should be a positive experience for each individual while motivating positive change and a more fulfilling life.
