About Rachael

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT Qualified Supervisor, and Trauma-Informed Yoga teacher with over 26 years of clinical experience treating children, teens, adults, and families. My experience is in diagnosing and treating anxiety, depression, attention problems, and various behavioral and interpersonal problems. I enjoy working with clients on issues surrounding family life, health and wellness, teenage struggles, parenting skills, and communication within the home. I believe in a strong work/ life balance so when I’m not seeing clients you can usually find me practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time with my husband, children, and dogs. Please note: At this time I'am not offering evening sessions. Read more Show less
