About me

I am a licensed counselor in Georgia and Pennsylvania with over 20 years of experience working as a therapist, life coach and leader of mental health and intellectual / developmental programs. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, psychosis, relationship issues, self-esteem struggles, career challenges and difficulties adjusting to life transitions. My counseling style is compassionate and interactive. I believe there are multiple paths to recovery and healing. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused and client centered therapy. It takes courage to ask for help and take the first steps towards making a change in your life to be happier and more fulfilled.
