About me

Addiction is my specialty but, I have over 25 years of experience helping clients with stress, anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, and anger management. I also have experience working with PTSD, depression and relationship issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. I have been clean and sober for over 34 years. I am a recovering alcoholic, addict and IV-intravenous drug user. I dropped out of college because of pain pills, marijuana and alcohol abuse. I lost football and baseball scholarships because of addiction. My addiction progressed to IV-intravenous narcotic use. I woke up from a 3-day blackout/overdose in an addiction treatment center that saved my life. I was 25 years old at the time. I also suffered with Depression, PTSD and Anxiety. With help, I have been able to live a very happy and productive life. I want to help others to live happy, joyous and free.
