About me

Hello: My name is Paul S. Jones, MSW, LCSW, QP. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of North Carolina. I have worked in the mental health field a total of 5 years after a 21 year career in the US Army; and retiring as an 82nd Airborne Paratrooper. My clinical expertise is with families, young adults, military veterans, and single parents that experience difficulties with parenting, deployment separation, anxiety, stress, trauma and the related hardships of resulting from those issues. My therapeutic approach is a person centered, multi-ecological domain and strengths perspective that can be from a Christian lens if desired. My goal is to assist clients with identifying the etiology of their concerns, and prompt them through developing practical life strategies to overcome stress, conflict, and inter-personal communication. Ultimately the intent will be to establish individual efficacy and sustainability through improved self-esteem, and the facilities to create, implement and accommodate life strategies that promote success.
