About me

Feeling stressed, anxious, confused, bored, lonely, sad or down? Struggling with an addiction? Over the years I have helped many people work through these issues to empower them to improve and enjoy a better quality of life. I know firsthand how it may feel vulnerable and unsettling to reach out and ask for help with therapy. However, I firmly believe we all deserve the opportunity to improve ourselves. I am a LCSW and LCAS, a skilled and accomplished Behavior Health Therapist with integrity, empathy and compassion specializing in the treatment of co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders to empower clients and their families to improve their quality of life. Since 2005 I have worked with clients of all ethnic and demographic background. I am experienced with multiple treatment modalities to help individuals and families with various issues, including effective communication, practical coping skills, major traumas and losses, grief, depression, anxiety, anger management/healthy relationships, alcohol/drugs, lifestyle adjustments, and parenting. My goal and hope are to help people find their own voice with assertiveness skills and become comfortable in their own skin to live a better and more fulfilling life. I look forward to working with you!
