About me

I am a compassionate, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15+ years of experience in providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, including substance abuse issues (both the addicted and the family). I have proven ability to create a supportive and nurturing environment for clients to discuss their concerns and address changes they wish to achieve. I am skilled in using evidence-based techniques, TFCBT and DBT for example, to help clients achieve their goals. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. To move forward to a better life that first step must be taken. I am here to support you in finding a more fulfilling and happier life.
