About me

Hello, my name is Paisley Pijuan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in California. I have over 25 years of experience. I graduated from UCLA with a Masters in Social Work. I have worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents and families in hospitals, schools and with the courts as a child custody mediator. I have extensive experience working with individuals with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting concerns, communication issues, blended families, cultural and identity struggles, career challenges, mid life review and LGBTQ+ clients. I use a number of techniques depending on what works for the patient. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based approaches solution focused techniques and mindfulness. You are the most important part of the therapeutic relationship. We start where you are and work towards the goals you want to achieve.
