About me

Hi, I’m Paige Henry. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Michigan. I earned my BSW at Eastern Michigan University and my MSW at the University of Michigan. Since then I have gained experience within a variety of settings from psychiatric hospitals and residential treatment, to community organizations and private practice. I’ve worked on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, and relationship issues. I pull from a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I use a client centered and strengths based approach. My goal is to restore hope and confidence in your life as you navigate through its challenges. So whether you’ve just hit a rough patch or you are battling a more serious ongoing mental health issue, I am excited to start this journey with you. I am so happy that you have taken this first step towards your goals, it takes a lot of courage and strength. I like to keep open communication with my clients so that I can ensure your needs and goals are best met. I extend a positive regard towards all of my clients and believe this is a critical part in best supporting those I work with. It would be my pleasure to support you through this journey!
