Dr. Hernández is an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University, Miami, Florida, at the Center for Loss and Healing. He is the professional consultant for the Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Chapters of Compassionate Friends, a self-help group for parents of deceased children. He is also the professional consultant for the Broward chapter of MADD – Mothers Against Drunk Driving. As president of HMC (Hernández Management Consultants), Dr. Hernández has served as a consultant to major corporations in the areas of Industrial Psychology, Management, Marketing, Human Relations, Human Resources, Substance Abuse and Corporate Dynamics. Dr. Hernández has been a featured speaker/educator on radio, television, business seminars, and educational institutions.
