I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years experience helping Florida and Mississippi clients find balance, inner strength, and clarity of mind. I provide an integrative and creative mind-body counseling approach creating a space for clients to feel encouraged, gain insight and self discovery. The feedback I receive from clients are that they find me very easy to talk to, non judgmental, and caring. Clients share that I offer a safe therapeutic environment where they experience growth and enhancement of coping skills. Clients have also shared that they enjoy my mindfulness and mind-body strategies to help deal with trauma, anxiety, and depression. My passion is maternal mental health where I help families navigate the shadows of miscarriage, loss, other pregnancy/postpartum, motherhood challenges and other women issues. I am a mother of 2 plus 2 bonus children, a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula and a Perinatal Yoga Guide. HOW I PRACTICE ON BETTERHELP: I interact with you via all modes of communication; however, I have discovered that clients who primarily participate in video sessions find the therapeutic experience more enriching. My work hours are Monday-Thursday between 5:30a-430p CST. I do not typically work on the weekends; however, I am available for limited LiveChat sessions on Saturday and will schedule these directly with you. I do not work Sundays as I practice self care. My “no show policy” indicates that 3 no shows and/or cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will result in discontinuation of services with me.
