About me

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in Mass. As a non- traditional student I graduated at 50 with my Masters Degree so I only have over 3 years experience in the field but vast life experiences to add to my resume. Most of my experiences is families working on communication, de-escalation techniques, relationship issues, depression, anxiety and coping skills are what I can help you with. I also have been working with teens for several year. I’m an eclectic therapist who likes to add humor to therapy, I want you to enjoy your session and feel that it’s easy to talk to me and I was helpful. I believe everyone deserves respect and an opportunity to share their story. One of the biggest things I learned as a non-traditional college student is how to ask for help, it’s not easy and I totally get that. It’s not when you decide to do something, it’s that you did it.
