About Nicole

Most recently, I have enjoyed helping women with chronic post traumatic stress as a result of experiencing ongoing and significant life stressors. Often these women have experienced domestic violence or have grown up in families affected by chronic drug or alcohol use and/or untreated or severe mental health difficulties. Many of them have a lot of responsibilities and a limited support system. I am licensed in Virginia with over 20 years of professional work experience in various settings. I have worked with adults, teens and children in crisis and hospital settings, as well as in outpatient therapy settings, I have experience in helping people with various life stressors and mental health conditions. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. Read more Show less
