Together we will focus on problem solving what is in your control, and accepting the parts that we cannot change. I provide therapy online in the state of Pennsylvania. I attended California university of Pennsylvania University where I received my Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree. I have 4 years of experience working as a therapist in a variety of settings serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. Additionally, I have experience working with women and mothers surrounding the transition into and through motherhood.
