About me

Welcome! I am an LMFT with an experience of 4 years, and I received my Master’s degree in California State University, Northridge (2015). I have experience working with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. My approach is very humanistic and strength-based, and I like to integrate mindfulness as I find these tools beneficial for the wellness of the human mind. I believe in the importance of authenticity, and provide a safe space for individuals to be their genuine selves. I am compassionate, non-judgmental, believes in the importance of humor, and a cheerleader of my client’s life journey. I utilize approaches including cognitive behavioral, solution focused, humanistic, and psychodynamic therapies, but am overall eclectic and mold my sessions based on what would best benefit my clients. I look forward to working with you and guiding you through making positive changes in your life!
