About Nicola

I utilize a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide therapy to adults that focuses on the understanding and reduction of undesired symptoms, acceptance, empowerment, authenticity, and the improvement of your mental health and wellness. I am a directive, goal-oriented, and active clinician that will work with you on examining your patterns of thinking, learning to understand and better regulate your mood, and increasing healthy behaviors. I believe everyone is entitled and deserving of the life they want to live. It is my objective as an in-community therapist to work with you towards your identified goals and your definition of wellness. I believe in the value of sharing space with someone as they navigate their path. I will support you unconditionally, while simultaneously challenging you to consider what needs to occur to experience personal growth and healing. Read more Show less
