About me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor in SC with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients of all ages with stress and anxiety, depression, coping with relationship issues, and trauma. I am trained in CBT, TFCBT, Motivational Interviewing, MET, and other Evidence Based Practices. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. I also believe in accountability, honesty, and transparency. Taking the first step to feeling better is really hard to do and I’m proud of you for taking that step. I look forward to working with you. I do work on this platform part-time so my availability varies, it is usually consistent for Saturday and Sunday appointments, however, during the weekdays my current availability fluctuates. Starting in March, I will be available on Monday evenings (after 5pm) and Wednesdays after 5pm for phone or messaging appointments only on Weds. Thank you for understanding. If you are matched with me and my scheduling times and/or clinical experience is not a match for you, please select the ‘Change Counselor’ drop-down option on the Counseling Tab at the top right of your page or let me know so that I can request a referral. Also, if you have any concerns regarding billing, please contact: support@betterhelp.com.
