About me

My name is Nichole Williams. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina with 6 years of clinical experience in various mental health settings working with adults, adolescents, children and families. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, low self-esteem and anger management. I have also worked with clients with conduct and oppositional issues. My therapy style is warm and inviting. It is important that my clients feel comfortable and safe to express thoughts and feelings without the fear of being judged. My approach combines person-centered and cognitive-behavioral modalities. Meeting my clients where they are fosters a collaborative effort and is key to establishing and maintaining a postive therapeutic alliance. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I look forward to getting to know you!
