About me

My Name is Nate. I currently work in Residential Treatment for kids with trauma. I have worked in outpatient, crisis, and in home services. I have recently begun working with couples. My theoretical orientations include; CBT, DBT, and ACT. Narrative Therapy, Animal Assisted Therapy, and I am currently learning the Gottman method for working with couples. In addition to being a Licensed Therapist, I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage therapist. I am trained as a Laugher Yoga Leader, a Punk Rope Teacher, and am certified by AdaptX in adaptive exercise. Personally I am currently building a 2 acre farm that will have a focus on Chicken and Ducks, as well as blueberries, raspberries, mushrooms, herbs, and teas.
