About Nancy
Hi, I'm Nancy Lopez, LMFT. I work with adults who feel stuck in recurring patterns, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about who they are and where they are going. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, relationship difficulties, loneliness, life transitions, or a persistent feeling that something is missing despite other successes in their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and reflective. Together, we explore the deeper emotional, relational, and personal themes that may be shaping your experiences so you can develop greater self-understanding, authenticity, and connection. I believe meaningful change often begins not by fixing yourself, but by becoming more aware of the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that have influenced who you are.
