I have worked with clients with a wide variety of concerns to include depression, anxiety, grief, family issues, self worth, family issues and parenting. My counseling style is client centered and focused combined with Cognitive Behavioral therapy and Rational-Emotive therapy. My goal is to promote autonomy in each client. I believe in mutual respect.
