Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in multiple states, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), an Accredited Clinical Supervisor (ACS), as well as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Supervisor (CEDS-C) through the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IADEP). Michelle has an extensive amount of experience working with eating disorders, anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Michelle is also highly experienced with assisting parents in navigating behavioral issues with their adolescent/teenager. Michelle enjoys utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) , Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Family Based Therapy (FBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Michelle is a stay at home mom caring for her kids and keeping her therapeutic skills sharp by carrying a caseload on BetterHelp!
