About me

I am licensed in Illinois as a Clinical Psychologist and a Certified School Psychologist. I have been a professor of Psychology for over 20 years and study both social support and bullying and victimization in schools. I have experience working with parent(s) regarding a wide range of parenting issues regarding their children, teens, and young adults. I have extensive skills in working with youth regarding learning problems, motivation, depression, anxiety, relationship/friendship problems, and ADHD. I predominantly use a cognitive-behavioral approach to counseling. My counseling style is warm, non-judgmental, and respectful. I hope to be able to assist you and/or your children to meet your needs and goals. I look forward to working with you!
