About Michele

Sometimes life leaves us carrying things that were never meant to be carried alone. I believe therapy can provide a safe place to set some of those things down, be truly heard, and begin finding a way forward. As a Christian counselor, I work with children, adults, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other challenges. My goal is to meet each person where they are with compassion, understanding, and without judgment. I believe that your struggles don't define you, and that even when life feels overwhelming, healing and change are possible. Together, we can explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify what may be keeping you stuck, and work toward greater peace, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more authentic and meaningful. You don't have to have everything figured out before you reach out-sometimes taking that first step is where healing begins. Read more Show less
