As someone who has not only studied mental health but also lived in this world, I can relate to the challenges one may face in seeking someone to communicate with one on one. I applaud you for taking that step to reclaim some control and improve your outlook. I have been in the mental health field in various roles for the past 20 years, working with adults and children.
