About Michael

As a therapist I work to show up in an authentic, honest way. I firmly believe that anything is possible, given you are ready for change and willing to do the work to create it. My intention is to meet you where you are at and help you move towards your goals. If progress is being made, we build on it. If you are struggling to move forward we look at this together. I'm an active therapist, typically making specific suggestions as to work you can be doing outside of therapy sessions. I'm 55 years old and have personally been through many, if not most, of the challenges I find myself supporting clients through. I've been working as a therapist for @ 11 years, both with teens and adults. I've also been in recovery from addiction for those same 11 years. Modalities I utilize depend in large part on what you need, and I'm happy to share these with you as we begin working together. Read more Show less
