About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have 17 years of experience working in various capacities with children, adolescents, and families. I am also currently working on my Life Coaching certification. Over the years I have helped clients with concerns ranging from managing stress and anxiety to coping with symptoms of ADHD and depression, controlling anger, goal-setting, and improving family, work, and peer relationships. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and working together to figure out how I can best help them. With a strong sense of empathy and using an outside perspective, I am able to collaboratively problem solve with clients and assist them in whatever they need as an individual. My approach includes primarily solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based therapies. As a social worker, I consider each client within their environment and tailor our conversations and treatment plan to meet their unique and specific needs.
