About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and able to practice in Utah, Texas and New Mexico. I have been a LCSW for 5 years with over 10 year of experience working with individuals that have experienced trauma, intimate partner violence/domestic violence, sexual abuse/assault and struggle with depression, anxiety and PTSD symptoms/diagnosis. It is my goal to provide a safe, respectful and empathic environment for all individuals. I have experience in providing solution focused therapy, client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive processing therapy. I also have experience with couples counseling and utilization of the Gottman method. Deciding to take the first steps to reach out for counseling takes courage and can be scary or difficult for some, I want to assure you that therapy with me will be geared toward the issues that your experiencing and identifying your goals for therapy. When working with individuals I build rapport by using my excellent listening skills and “down to earth” personality, which develops a safe and caring environment for all.
