About Melinda
Hello, my name is Mindy,
I would first like to start with a little information about myself in the hopes that you will gain comfort and be more at ease in sharing your concerns about what brings you to this site for help.
I am a rather laid-back kind of person what this means for you is that I want to be a part of your solution and help you to be able to move forward in a more positive and productive way in your life, career, family and relationships with an open and comfortable therapeutic relationship. I do not pass judgement on my clients in any way. I feel strongly that I am here to assist you in gaining relief in your struggles and conflicts while helping you find empowerment to move forward in your life and be successful.
I will bring to your sessions many years of practice working with families, couples, children and individuals in achieving personal growth in life. I feel my education and numerous therapeutic relationships create a unique twist, when combined with my personal experiences to provide a positive and productive outcome.
I generally use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Structural and Strategic therapies, but I may also use other techniques to gain success in achieving positive outcomes for my clients.
I look forward to working with you and would find it to be an honor as well as a privilege to help you find the success in gaining a positive outcome in your journey.
