I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Hawaii.My clinical experience is diverse I have worked in both outpatient and inpatient settings and provide treatment for children and adults. While I have a private counseling practice I provide consultation for community based organizations. Specializing in the exploration and consultation on issues pertaining to addictions, spiritual counseling, nutritional psychology, adolescent development, severe mental health, personal development, holistic wellness and unusual experiences. By exploring each persons unique situation I provide a holistic and active approach which through implementation in your life can provide relief from suffering and emotional despair. Offering a fresh approach by delivering both nutritional and spiritual perspectives along with traditional evidence based interventions. Sometimes life’s every day challenges and our underlying struggles make it difficult to realize our true potential. Motivated by grief, depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, and a range of other experiential states we can find our deepest well of inner strength and guidance. There is support available for anyone wanting to engage in a collaborative relationship to enhance your well-being and quality of life. For scheduling purposes it is important to note that I am located in Hawaiian Standard Time Zone and therefore for East Coast clients I am available for sessions at 2pm at the earliest. Session availability is limited to late afternoon and evening for those located in EST. Session days are available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
