I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor living in Texas. I have been in the counseling field since 2009. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, anger management, and family issues. My theoretical background is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT, where your thoughts are examined in relation to how they shape your behavior.
