Difficult experiences are something that we as humans all go through as we progress through life. I specialize in providing individual and family counseling services with having worked with populations such as: military families and veterans, domestic violence survivors, adolescent populations in their school setting, hospice patients and their families as a bereavement counselor. When working with clients, I like to utilize a non-judgmental approach and work to meet clients where they are in their life’s journey. In today’s society where there are messages of how we should look, how we should live or what success looks like, I off a safe place for my clients to discover their authentic self through the use of theocratical approaches, talk therapy and educational materials.
