About me

Hello! I am Maylynn, I am a licensed therapist and I am excited to begin working with you. I am licensed and live in Arkansas. I have held this license since 2010. Thank you for taking the time to consider me as a helper. I have worked in many different settings and with different diagnosis. I enjoy what I do tremendously. I am currently only doing chatting. I have worked with self esteem, depression, career, trauma and a variety of other issues every faces. I enjoy giving homework, but no fear its not math! I believe the work done is more than just during our time talking or in session. I want my patients to work and encourage them to engage. Lets get to work!!! I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, and Solution Focused techniques as well as a variety of other person centered skills. .
