I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 11 years of experience in counseling and hypnotherapy. I have worked with adult couples and individuals in community and private practice settings. I specialize in helping people make sense of the complicated challenges that life presents. Primarily using hypnotherapy for improving management of mind/body pain, supporting solutions to sleep problems and re-discovering purpose and value in life.
