About me

I have over 26 years of experience treating children & adults with a variety of mental health concerns & diagnosis. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have worked in group homes; hospitals; outpatient settings; correctional facilities; & private practice. I also have a background in education. In therapy, I apply the principles of counseling & psychology to diagnose & treat adults & children, while helping each individual achieve a healthy sense of self & a strong ability to process life’s challenges. When requested, I incorporate a sensitive Biblical approach to the techniques of cognitive behavioral & family therapies in order to provide individualized treatment, in a Christian, community-based, outpatient setting.
