About Mary

I am a family and marriage counselor with experience working with adolescents, individuals and couples, I respect that personal growth is individualized and I honor the client's own sense of self reflection. I am an active listener and see the client and therapist connection as the basis of co-creators of healing for the client. I have experience in grief counseling, CBT, depression, anxiety using a myriad of approaches. I am a Christian but do not promote any dogmas that do not fit with the client's growth and focus. I draw upon my own life experiences ( I've been married for 50 years) as well as documented relationship work in my ongoing continuing education for relationship therapy. Read more Show less
