About Mary

If you are perusing provider ‘about me’ spots here, chances are that the idea of therapy has been on your mind -- and perhaps on your to-do list -- for a while. You may have looked, decided to seek therapy, and then did not follow through. You have been “too busy.” That’s a real issue in our world, no doubt.Telehealth can help with that, but perhaps you are reluctant to seek therapy because it is a bit daunting: why should you tell a stranger all about you? Good point! Here are some ideas for your consideration. First, the stranger can keep your secrets, absent exceptional circumstances. Second, taking time for you to seek to know yourself and your direction is hardly ever a bad idea. Third, if there are things in your way, therapy could help you remove them. Change is difficult. No doubt about it. You might benefit from talking to someone, or at least giving it a try. A good listening to can be enlightening. Please take a look at my background and, if you are interested, reach out to schedule a meeting. I look forward to meeting you. Read more Show less
