About me

I specialize in helping individuals and families who struggle with trauma, grief, and daily stressors. I serve the military community and their families through life transitions. I specialize in women’s issues, self-esteem, postpartum depression, anxiety, and trauma to lead peaceful and fulfilling lives. I provide personal professional care, walking with my clients through their pain until they reach their ultimate goal of healing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I have a PhD in Psychology, with more than thirty years of mental health experience. My practice modalities include some Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR. I work with families, adults, adolescents, and couples. I believe that everyone can lead and live fulfilling lives. I am a faith-based clinician and I challenge my clients to use their faith and beliefs as part of their healing and continued life of wellness.
