About me

Marriage, divorce, parenting, aging, caregiving, work and health concerns are common stressors in our world today. The mind and body are intertwined and we now know that stress impacts overall health. The process of change from self discovery to self reliance is a stressful endeavor in personal growth. My style focuses on a client’s increased awareness and becoming mindful along their path. Solution focused methods address the identified problems for developing an action plan towards well being. An integrated approach supports the person to be fully involved in their own process of healing. My work as an LMFT spans over 29 years of service to individuals, couples and families with issues in relationships and life transitions. That includes military families, families impacted by substance abuse, and those with chronic health concerns I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in both Oklahoma and New Mexico. In seeking a therapist, look for a potential to connect with the provider and their style. I would be happy to explore the possibility in providing support through your own growth process.
