About Marilee

Hi, I’m Marilee. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or caught in patterns they don’t fully understand. If you find yourself overthinking conversations, struggling with boundaries, feeling anxious in relationships, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted. Like they’re always “on,” second-guessing themselves, or trying to keep everything together on the outside while feeling unsettled on the inside. My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I help you make sense of what you’re feeling, understand the patterns behind it, and build tools that actually work in your day-to-day life. Together, we’ll focus on helping you feel more grounded, more confident in yourself, and more at ease in your relationships. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely supportive. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are without pressure or pretending. Read more Show less
