My name is Marihelena and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who specializes in treating anxiety, depression and I offer relationship counseling as well. Mostly, I work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which utilizes acceptance and mindfulness strategies mixed in different ways with commitment and behavior-change strategies, to increase psychological flexibility.
