I am a Florida LMHC and accepting new clients residing in Florida. My ideal client is someone ready to make changes for a better quality of life, mental health, wellness, and balance. When coping with issues that may cause anxiety or depression, I am here to help. I provide mental health counseling to individuals from ages 13 and up as well as couples through approaches that include Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other techniques. I help people who suffer from a variety of problems.
