As a Mental Health Counselor with over 23 years of experience, I have worked with individuals with multiple life challenges. I am experienced in providing therapy across various platforms as well as face to face working with depression, anxiety, issues of self-esteem, and lack of confidence issues. I also have experience in assisting clients who are adult survivors of abuse, HIV, and end of life issues as well as grief and those individuals who are going through a serious illness.
